Part of the MFA identity verification process may involve Mailchimp sending text messages containing security codes to your telephone number. You agree to receive these texts from us containing security codes as part of the MFA process. In addition, you agree that we may send automated text messages and pre-recorded voice messages to the telephone number you provide for other limited purposes, including: providing you with important critical notices regarding your use of the Service, or fulfilling a request made by you through the Service.

You understand and agree, for any text messages sent to you in connection with the Service, that: (a) message frequency may vary, (b) message and data rates may apply, and KMG Imports, LLC is not responsible for these charges, (c) you may reply HELP for information, (d) you can reply STOP to opt out at any time (though if you do, you agree to receive a single message confirming your opt-out) and (e) neither Mailchimp nor mobile carriers involved in the text messaging are liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Warranty Disclaimer
All products purchased from KMG Imports, LLC comes with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, which warrants manufacturer defects. The 30-day limited warranty ONLY covers defects in material quality and faulty craftsmanship from the manufacturer. It DOES NOT cover normal wear and tear, misuse, and or intention/accidental damage by the user. Any request to warrant products showing clear signs of device modification, tampering, misuse, and or abuse will be denied. Please be sure to include the name used on the original purchase as well as the order number and all proof of purchase.

Limitation of Liability
KMG Imports, LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if KMG Imports, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a KMG Imports, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, KMG Imports, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. KMG Imports, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, KMG Imports, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by KMG Imports, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason.
