1. What kinds of settings are available on GeekVape products?

A. You can change the modes as you wish. Pressing the fire button 3 times quickly will open the menu, then press the adjustment buttons to select your preferred vaping mode. Press the fire button to confirm the mode.

2. Why is my GeekVape device flashing?

A. When the red light in the device flashes 3 times, it indicates that no atomizer is connected to the device. You have to change the pod or replace the coil. To indicate low battery, the red light will flash 5 times.

3. How can I turn off smart mode on my GeekVape device?

A. The device comes with different modes, such as Power, Smart, Bypass, TC-SS, and TC-TCR. You can change the working mode by pressing the fire button 3 times to enter the settings page. Place the cursor on the upper left corner of the working mode and press the + or – button.

4. What is the SMART mode on GeekVape?

A. This is the latest mode available in kits including the GeekVape T200 Aegis Touch, Eleaf iStick Power 2, and the VOOPOO ARGUS GTII. The advantage of SMART mode is it can read the ohm of the coil and automatically choose the wattage depending on the halfway point between the min and max for each coil.

5. How often should I replace the coil in GeekVape?

A. If you are a heavy vaper and use an e-cig many times a day, then you will need to replace the coil after every week. For regular vapers, the coil might last 1-2 weeks. Casual vapers will find they need to change the coil once a month.
