KMG Imports Refund Policy

You may return UNOPENED AND UNUSED hardware for a full refund within 14 business days of purchase. Refunds will be issued through the payment method used on the original transaction ONLY after it has been received, inspected, and approved by KMG Customer Service Department. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after it has been approved by KMG Customer Service Department.

Shipping cost of returning unopened and unused hardware will be the buyer’s responsibility and no restock fee will be charged.

Due to its properties and to protect all buyer’s health we DO NOT accept returns for E-liquid, Disposables, Pods, Coils, and Batteries.

Returns that do not qualify for a full refund will be shipped back at the buyer’s cost, or will be disposed if no response is given to KMG Customer Service Department.
